How to Use

Step 1: Dry Brush

Before showering, use the dry brush on clean, dry skin. Using light pressure, gently brush from the feet upward and from the hands toward the shoulders. Avoid broken, irritated, or sensitive skin.

Step 2: Begin at the Lymphatic Terminus

Using very light pressure, gently pulse the skin just above the collarbones 5 to 10 times before beginning your massage.

Step 3: Apply + Massage

Apply a small amount of Lymph Flow Oil and gently massage into the skin using light, sweeping strokes. Focus on areas such as the neck, underarms, abdomen, and inner thighs.

Use daily or as desired. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
