Are your products made in the USA?

Yes. Every Manifest Wellness product is thoughtfully formulated and produced in our Florida facility.

Do you use organic ingredients?

Whenever possible, we choose certified organic ingredients. Some ingredients, such as magnesium chloride and certain naturally derived materials, cannot be certified organic.

Are your products cruelty free?

Yes. We do not test our products on animals.

Why do you use glass packaging?

We believe packaging matters. We package our products in glass to help preserve product integrity, avoid plastic contact with the formula, and provide a reusable, recyclable option for our customers.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We ship within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please make sure you include an email with your order, so you receive shipping, tracking and delivery notifications.

Do your products melt during shipping?

Some products made with natural butters and oils may soften or melt during warmer months. This is completely normal and does not affect quality or performance. Simply place the product in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes until it firms up.

Why does my spray arrive without the sprayer attached?

To help prevent leaks during shipping, spray products are shipped with the sprayer packaged separately and a cap securely attached. Simply replace the cap with the sprayer before first use.

What is your return policy?

My package says delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?

We know how frustrating this can be. Before contacting us, we recommend:

  • Checking around your home or business, including porches, side doors, garages, and mailrooms.
  • Asking neighbors or household members if they accepted the package.
  • Waiting 24 to 48 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered before they arrive.

If your package still hasn't arrived after 48 hours, please contact us. We'll be happy to help you determine the next steps.

My package arrived damaged.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your package or product was damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

What are the benefits of subscribing?

Subscribing is the easiest way to make sure you never run out of your favorite products. Subscribers enjoy discounted pricing, automatic deliveries, and the flexibility to manage their subscription at any time.

How do I access my subscription account?

After placing your first subscription order, you'll receive an email with a link to manage your subscription. You can also access your subscription portal through your customer account on our website.

Can I skip a shipment?

Yes! If you don't need your next order yet, simply log into your subscription account and skip your upcoming shipment. Your subscription will continue with the following scheduled delivery.

How do I change my delivery frequency?

You can update your delivery schedule anytime by logging into your subscription account. Whether you'd like deliveries more or less often, you can adjust your subscription to fit your needs.

How do I update my payment method?

Log into your subscription account to update your payment information at any time. Changes made before your next billing date will automatically apply to future subscription orders.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your customer account. There are no contracts or long-term commitments.

When will I be charged?

Your payment method will be charged automatically on your scheduled renewal date before your order is processed and shipped. You can view your upcoming billing date anytime in your subscription account.
