How to Use
Begin at the lymphatic terminus just above the collarbones. Apply a small amount and massage into the skin using light, sweeping strokes, guiding lymph toward nearby lymph nodes and generally toward the heart. Focus on the neck, underarms, abdomen, and inner thighs.
Use daily or as desired, especially after dry brushing or before a warm shower.
