Shake the Magnesium Relief Oil Spray well before each use. Spray directly onto clean, dry skin and gently massage into areas that feeL discomfort such as the neck, shoulders, back, hips, knees, elbows, hands, wrists, legs, calves, or feet.

Massage the Magnesium Relief Butter into the same area until fully absorbed.

Use daily or as needed.

During warmer months, your Magnesium Relief Butter may soften or melt while in transit. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. If your butter arrives soft or melted, simply place it in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes until it firms up. While the texture may look slightly different after rehardening, it will perform just as intended.
