Thank you for your interest in carrying Manifest Wellness products. By applying for a wholesale account and placing wholesale orders, retailers acknowledge and agree to the following terms and policies. Wholesale pricing is available to approved retail businesses only. Manifest Wellness reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke wholesale accounts at our sole discretion. Wholesale products are intended for resale through approved retail storefronts, practitioner offices, wellness centers, spas, and approved ecommerce websites owned and operated by the retailer.

Minimum Order & Lead Times: A minimum opening order of $100 is required for all new wholesale accounts. Reorders must meet a minimum order value of $50. All orders are subject to product availability. Lead times may vary based on order volume, seasonality, and inventory levels. Manifest Wellness will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders promptly and communicate any significant delays. Generally, orders are filled within 7 business days or less.

Sales Channels: Wholesale accounts may not resell Manifest Wellness products on third party marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace, or similar online marketplaces without prior written authorization from Manifest Wellness. Approved wholesale accounts may only sell products through their own physical retail locations, professional practices, or owned ecommerce websites.

Returns & Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, all wholesale sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders except in cases where products arrive damaged or defective. Any shipping damage, shortages, or order discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.

Retailer Handling: Retailers are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt and for storing products under appropriate conditions. Many Manifest Wellness products contain natural ingredients that may be sensitive to excessive heat, direct sunlight, freezing temperatures, or improper storage. Magnesium Body Butters and other topical products may soften, melt, or change texture when exposed to elevated temperatures during storage, display, or transport. While product effectiveness is not typically affected by temporary melting, Manifest Wellness is not responsible for product damage, texture changes, leakage, or other issues resulting from excessive heat, improper storage conditions, or environmental exposure after delivery has been accepted by the retailer. Retailers are responsible for ensuring products are stored in a cool, dry environment and displayed in a manner that protects product quality. Manifest Wellness is not responsible for losses resulting from improper handling, storage, display conditions, customer misuse, environmental exposure, or circumstances occurring after delivery.

Exclusivity: Wholesale accounts are non exclusive. Manifest Wellness reserves the right to sell products through multiple retailers, practitioners, ecommerce websites, marketplaces operated by Manifest Wellness, and other approved sales channels. Approval of a wholesale account does not grant any territorial, geographic, online, or product exclusivity unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Manifest Wellness.

FDA Statement: All products sold by Manifest Wellness are intended for general wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Retailers agree not to make medical claims or representations regarding Manifest Wellness products that are inconsistent with applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.

Additional Information: Manifest Wellness reserves the right to modify pricing, packaging, formulations, product offerings, shipping policies, and wholesale terms at any time without prior notice. Continued purchasing constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these Wholesale Policies. Manifest Wellness reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any wholesale account found to be selling products through unauthorized sales channels or otherwise violating these Wholesale Policies.
