How to Use
Massage a small amount into clean, dry skin until fully absorbed. Apply to the lower abdomen, lower back, breasts, or other areas where you would like extra comfort during your monthly cycle.
Use as often as desired throughout your cycle.
Pro Tip: For a more relaxing experience, apply after a warm bath or shower and gently massage into the skin using slow, circular motions.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Keep the lid tightly closed when not in use.
Because our Cramp Relief Balm is made with nourishing natural butters, beeswax, and botanical infusions, texture may naturally change with temperature. During warmer months, your balm may soften or melt while in transit. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.
If your balm arrives soft or melted, simply place it in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes until it firms up. While the texture may look slightly different after rehardening, it will perform just as intended.
