Sleep Support Herbal Honey Electuary
Our Sleep Support Honey is similar to our Sleep Syrup in a honey form. We infuse organic tart cherry, passionflower, chamomile and lemon balm in raw Wildflower Honey to make this delicious herbal supplement that tastes as good as it is good for you. This blend is full of herbs can help the body to relax and to help support a good night's sleep. Tart Cherries are a natural source of Melatonin which helps to support sleep and relaxing herbs like passionflower, chamomile and lemon balm helps to calm the mind and body.
There are many uses for an electuary.
- Add a spoonful to hot water to make a sweet herbal tea
- Add to warmed plant milk to make a delicious spiced drink
- Spread on toast or stir in yogurt or oatmeal
- Add to a smoothie
- Eat it right off the spoon
What is an Electuary?
Electuaries are a blend of honey and powdered herbs. Over time the herbs will infuse the honey adding nutritional and health benefits to the honey and adding tons of flavor.
We use raw Orlando Wildflower Honey in our Electuaries. Raw honey is not heated and provides you with many natural vitamins and minerals.
Our powdered herbs are 100% organic, non-irradiated and free of any fillers or preservatives.
Honey is a natural preservative and your Electuary should remain shelf-stable for at least a year.
The serving size is 1tsp. daily or as needed for children over the age of 1 and 1 Tbsp daily or as needed for adults.
Raw Honey should not be consumed by babies under the age of 1.
